Renewal notices are sent to members February or March of each year. To renew, simply select your membership type below and follow the prompts to pay.

Student/ Underemployed Member

$25 per Year
  • Current post-secondary students who have an interest in archives are encouraged to join the CNSA. Senior, retired, or unwaged individuals also qualify for this category of membership.

Individual Member

$50 per Year
  • Individuals working in or interested in archives and who support the aims and objectives of the CNSA are encouraged to join as individual members.

Associate Institutional Member

$65 per Year
  • Institutions that are interested in archives or house archival material but are unable to meet the requirements for Institutional Membership, are encouraged to join as Associate Institutional Members.

Institutional Member

$85 -$440 per Year
  • This membership category is open to institutions in Nova Scotia that house materials with long-term archival value and meet certain criteria for archival preservation and professional practices.

Honorary Memberships

Honorary memberships are appointed by the CNSA Executive.  These zero-fee members are treated as individual members.
