2020 CNSA AGM/Spring Conference

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the CNSA conference and AGM previously scheduled for May 7-8th will now take place in October 2020 at the Nova Scotia Archives. At this time, conference registration is still suspended. We will contact those that have already registered for the conference. Further information on the conference and AGM will be circulated in summer 2020.
The 2020 Spring Conference, “Digital Realities,” will be held at the Nova Scotia Archives from May 7th-8th, 2020. The AGM will happen on May 8th. Thanks to feedback from our members over the past five years, this conference will focus on practical, non-traditional, and community-based insights, with a focus on how to accomplish your digitization goals.
We are pleased to present the Conference at a Glance! A final confirmed conference schedule will be released closer to the date of the conference. There may be minor changes to the conference content closer to the date of. The conference start and end times for each day will not change.
More details on the Archives Tours from 1:00 pm-4:00 pm on May 7th will be released with the confirmed conference schedule closer to the conference date. The tours will be followed by a wine and cheese at the Nova Scotia Archives to celebrate the public launch of Historic Nova Scotia. There are no additional charges for the Archives Tours or the Historic Nova Scotia Launch Wine & Cheese.

After filling out your registration details, you can choose to pay using a credit card through PayPal OR by mailing a cheque to: Sara Hollett, Archives Advisor, Council of Nova Scotia Archives, 6016 University Avenue, Halifax, NS, B3H 1W4. If you are registering more multiple participants, please indicate all participant names in the ‘Other notes’ section.
Conference fees include refreshment breaks and catered lunch on May 8th. If you are only attending the AGM Lunch on May 8th, there is no cost but please register for our catering numbers.
If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please indicate in the ‘Other notes’ section of the Checkout page.
Fees are as follows:
May 7-8: $100 before April 17th, $115 after April 17th
Annual General Meeting only (May 8): no cost
May 7-8: $125 before April 17th, $140 after April 17th
May 7-8: $25
