Presenter: Sara Janes, ACA Outreach coordinator and archivist at The City of Thunder Bay Archives There remains a division between the people who easily know about, discover, and navigate archives online and offline, and those who don’t have the awareness or skills. The challenge is to raise the ambient awareness that archives exist, that we provide services, that we can help, and to do this must look at traditional and non-traditional channels. This presentation will draw on personal project-based experience.
