Jim St. Clair 2000 Photograph of Cape Breton historian Jim St.Clair. St.Clair is a driving force behind Roots Cape Breton. He is a collector of local history, which he began doing at a very young age and helped to create the genealogical and archival collection presently at the Highland Village. St.Clair is a decendant of Allan MacDonald and Mary MacLean through his son John. Alexis MacDonald Dunlop was a great-great aunt to St.Clair. Return to Nova Scotia Highland Village Museum.
