Lord and Lady Baden-Powell sent this card on their departure from Halifax to Mr. and Mrs. Manning, who had entertained them during their stay in Halifax. Lord and Lady Baden-Powell, founders of the Scouting and Guiding Movement, accompanied by their daughters, ended their tour of Scouting and Guiding in Canada in Nova Scotia. Lord Baden Powell was a talented artist who made all sorts of sketches on his travels, including this card.
