Background

The CNSA is seeking to evaluate the relevance and usability of the ArchWay Descriptive Database because of the redevelopment work that has just been completed.

Audience

Please complete this questionnaire if you work in an archives, heritage, library or information service; and have used the ArchWay Descriptive Database to submit or edit descriptions on one or more occasion since April 2005.

Please note that neither you nor your institution will be identified in any analysis of the survey responses, or in any reports or documentation arising from the survey or other aspects of the research process, without your express permission. However, we would be grateful if you would submit your contact details so that we can follow up useful information.
